Preparing For Your Visit

When coming to our office please remember the following;

  1. Immunization record
  2. Health card
  3. For well baby/child check up’s your child will be weighed and measured
  4. Strollers must stay outside in the hallway, especially in wet weather

Our pediatricians do their best to stay on time however emergencies occur therefore parents should be prepared with a snack or book/toy to keep your child(ren) entertained.

Sick Appointments
We offer an hour of ‘booked’ Sick Appointments. please do not come to the office unless you have been given an appointment and always wear a mask.

Call our Sick line and leave the following information: child’s first and last name, symptoms they are experiencing and a number you can be reached at. An appt will only be booked if we speak to you.

If you choose not to come to the allotted time or you do not hear back from us because our time is fully booked you can proceed to the Children’s After Hours Clinic located at 1100 Sheppard Ave West: open Mon. to Fri. 5.45 to 8:45pm Saturday, Sunday and all Statutory holidays 10.00 to 2.00pm

Email Reminders
Email reminders for ALL appointments will automatically be sent out 5 days prior to the appointment. Please check your junk folder! Once you receive the reminder email, please read and respond immediately by clicking the “confirm appointment” and putting in your child’s date of birth. If you need to cancel the appt and/or would like to reschedule please CALL the office.

Cancellation Policy
While we under that emergencies happen, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. No Show or Missed Appointments may incur a $50 fee.

Parking
Parking is available on site and is free of charge.
